  Join the Lake Elmo Jaycees for an evening of fun and laughter. Whether you sing or watch others, it's sure to be entertaining!  There will be door prizes and wear red or pink and get a special valentines gift. We will have flowers available for your special someone. Food and beverage at your own expense.

Jaycees Wrestling - Regional Qualifier

Clash of the Junior Titans 

The Lake Elmo are partnering with Tartan Wrestling for the annual Regional Wrestling Tournament again this year!

We will be selling concessions and taking registration fees at the door.  Help is appreciated, or stop by to just say hello and see some great youth wrestling!  This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year and we hope this year is no different.

When: Saturday, February 1, 2014

Where: Tartan HighSchool

           828 Greenway Ave N.

           Oakdale, MN 55128

What time:  Set-upstarts at 7am and we should be done and out by 1-2pm.

We only have a short time to set-up and be ready for participants,so we are usually jumping right to it at 7am. We need at least 6-8 volunteers to help with ticket sales and registration at the door, as well as concessions (setup, run, tear-down/cleanup).

Giving back this Holiday Season

The Holiday Season starts with a celebration to give Thanks for all that we have, then we move on to helping others that are in need.  The Lake Elmo Jaycees have a long standing tradition of helping those in need year-round, but especially during the Holiday Season.

We have several community events coming up for the Holiday Season that we invite everyone to participate in, including:

·         Our annual shopping day for Tubman's Holiday Gift Program! We will be meeting at Target on Hwy 5 in Oakdale to shop at 9am on Saturday, 12/14.

·    Shopping for lots of toys for Toys for Tots. We will be meeting at Target on Hwy 5 in Oakdale to shop at 9am on Saturday, 12/14

·    Assisting the Guardians of the Children with their “A Very Merry Charity” event.  Event takes place on Sunday December 15th.

·         Community Thread's Holiday Hope Program: we are sponsoring several families in need. We will shop for items on wish ists provided by the families we are sponsoring, shop, and wrap the gifts.  Date to be determined.

Time to celebrate the completion of another Huff n' Puff and say goodbye to summer at the same time!

We will begin the evening with a pre-movie cook out after the gates open and we claim our parking spots. The chapter will provide Hamburgers, Brats, Hot Dogs, buns, and condiments for the BBQ. Please bring something to share with the group if you are able to.

Lake Elmo Jaycees bring home some awards at the Minnesota Jaycees Fall All-State Convention!

Convention was held September 13-15, 2013 in Rochester.  Here are a few of the amazing things we were recognized for:   

  • Jesse Henning received his Ambassadorship!  The Ambassador is the highest honor bestowed by the United States Jaycees!
  • Heather Noyes, who is serving as the  Management Development Vice President for the Minnesota Jaycees this year, received Silver State Vice President!
  • Kali Trinkner won the Dance-Off at Saturday night's dance, winning a free registration to year-end convention!
  • Lake Elmo Jaycees Relay For Life team, led buy team captain Leigh Smith, was the 3rd highest fundraising team in the Minnesota Jaycees, raising $6,432.00 this year!
